What our attendees say

"I think the best part of Catalyst for me is seeing that others in higher education are facing similar challenges to ours. It’s reassuring to know we’re not alone. Many of the issues we’re encountering now are ones that others have already solved, which gives us a chance to learn from their experiences."

Joan Scholz // Utility Billing and Data Management at University of Utah

"If you’re considering attending Catalyst for the first time, I’d say you absolutely should. If you’re just exploring the product or already using it, this is where you truly get to understand its value. You’ll get to connect directly with product specialists and, even more importantly, with peers who are asking  and answering the same questions you have."

Mike Hoffman // Energy Manager at University of Arizona

"Catalyst has been amazing. The networking opportunities have been incredible. I’ve finally been able to put faces to the names I’ve seen in emails for so long. Connecting with peers, hearing about their challenges, and learning from their successes has been really valuable. It’s been such a helpful experience for my own growth and knowledge."

Ya Sin // Energy Analyst at University of CA Berkeley

"This has been my first Catalyst, and it’s been fantastic. I really hope I can come back next year—and for many years to come. We’re not even finished yet, but I’m already full of ideas I can’t wait to take back and start implementing."

Zach Richardson // Energy Administration Specialist at Board of Trustees of Western Michigan University

"I wasn’t entirely sure what to expect at Catalyst, since I don’t use EnergyCAP on a daily basis, but it’s been a great experience. I’ve learned so much about the platform’s different functionalities, things we didn’t even realize were possible."

Lauren Trapp // Global Environmental Sustainability Specialist at AFL Global
