EnergyCAP Failover Test—Server Outages

EnergyCAP will be conducting the second phase of a failover test of its hosting environment this weekend. These tests are performed to ensure that application and database services are not disrupted during actual failover situations.

All production databases and application servers were failed over to our secondary data center during the weekend of June 29–30. Services will be returned to our primary data center during the weekend of July 6–7.

We will be taking hosted databases offline during the transition to ensure no data loss for customers. Your database will be offline during the following time as part of this test:

Sunday, July 7, 11:00 AM–3:00 PM ET
