EnergyCAP Failover Test—No Outage Anticipated

EnergyCAP is planning to conduct a failover test of its hosting environment during the first week of July. These tests are performed to ensure that application and database services are not disrupted during actual failover situations.

All production databases and application servers will be failed over to our secondary data center during the weekend of June 29–30. Services will be returned to our primary data center during the weekend of July 6–7.

No downtime is anticipated for the production environment or for production databases. If you should experience any issues, please contact our customer service team.
