Customer Service Messages / EnergyCAP Planned Failover Test—No Outage Anticipated
As part of EnergyCAP’s ongoing commitment to providing best-in-class hosting services, we are always working hard to ensure that your data and system access will be protected in the event of a disaster. Our efforts include periodic disaster recovery (i.e., failover) tests.
We will be conducting a planned failover test of all EnergyCAP Enterprise, Express, and Professional services between our primary and secondary data centers during the weekend of July 31, within our scheduled maintenance window.
During the testing period, customers may experience intermittent issues logging into EnergyCAP. Although no additional impacts are anticipated, please contact EnergyCAP Technical Support with any questions or concerns.
